The acquisition of a product through this site implies an acceptance without reserve by the buyer of these conditions of sale which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. The present conditions are opposable to the consumer who recognizes, to have had knowledge and to have accepted them before placing order.
Before any transaction, the buyer declares to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under these general conditions of sale.

The characteristics of the various products offered for sale are presented in each of the descriptions, within the heading "Collection/Shop" of our site. Each product is presented in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual document and are not binding on 2 Mai.
In accordance with Article L.411-1 of the French Consumer Code (formerly Article L.212-1), the products comply with the requirements of current French law relating to the safety and health of persons, fair trading and consumer protection at the time they are placed on the market.
The 2 Mai pieces are made from recycled fabric. Some small flaws that may be present in the fabric are part of its inherent beauty and history. The lining and ribbing are new, however, for the sake of product longevity and to ensure optimal comfort when worn. The pieces are made in Troyes, France with the utmost care, ensuring the quality of made in France. For Varsity jackets, only dry cleaning by a professional is recommended. Do not clean them with soap and water.
Products are offered for sale while stocks last. 2 Mai only offers for sale creations that are unique or limited edition. Therefore, it is possible that some items may not be available.
Apart from the reimbursement of the price of the unavailable product, the seller is not liable for any cancellation indemnity, unless the non-performance of the contract is personally attributable to him.
The "Collection/Shop" section of our site indicates, for each item, the prices in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the various products by the customer. 2 Mai reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.
The prices appearing on the product sheets are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. 2 Mai reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased, depending on the total amount of the order and the geographical area of delivery (France / Abroad).
The customer validates his order when he activates the link "Order" at the bottom of the page "Your order" after having accepted the present conditions of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors.
2 Mai offers the buyer the possibility to order and pay for his products in several steps, with 3 payment options to choose from: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, ...) / Google Pay / Apple Pay.
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. If the purchaser has an e-mail address and if he or she has provided it on the order form, 2 Mai will send him or her an e-mail confirming that the order has been registered.
Any modification of the order by the consumer after confirmation of his order is subject to the acceptance of the professional seller.
The professional seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and more particularly if the quantities of products ordered are abnormally high for buyers having the quality of consumers.
2 Mai retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items still bearing the label may be returned after acceptance by 2 Mai. The cost of the item and postage will be refunded to the customer upon receipt and validation by 2 Mai.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via Colissimo, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature. Delivery times are given as an indication only. 2 Mai may provide the purchaser with the tracking number of the package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his letter carrier. If the purchaser is absent, he/she will receive a notice of passage from the letter carrier, which will allow him/her to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office, within a period of time indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of 2 Mai. The purchaser is required to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery in the presence of the postal service employee or the delivery person. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
All products supplied by 2 Mai are covered by the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to 2 Mai, which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address:contact@2maiparis.comdanswithin thirty days of delivery.
The items offered comply with current French legislation. 2 Mai cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the item is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities about the possibility of importing or using the items you are planning to order.
In the distance selling process, 2 Mai is only bound by an obligation of means. It shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, disruption of service, or other involuntary problems.

All texts and images presented on the 2 Mai site are reserved, for the entire world, and without limitation of time, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.
