Shipping and returns policy

• Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. They are automatically calculated by our Colissimo shipping service linked to the site, according to the weight of the order and its destination.
• For items weighing less than 250g only, a 3€ shipping is proposed. You can select this package which is a non-tracked shipment, or the Colissimo shipment, tracked.
• Returns and exchanges are free in France. For international shipments, return and exchange fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
• Some items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This information is mentioned in the product page of the concerned items.
• As soon as your package is shipped you will receive its tracking number.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive your order. If this period is not respected, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. • The garment must not have been worn or damaged, otherwise the return will be refused.

• Returns that have not been validated by 2 Mai Paris cannot be accepted.
• Once the return is validated, you will have 5 days to return the package. If this period is exceeded, the return cannot be accepted and the refund cannot be made.

For France: your purchase, the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs will be refunded to the account that made the initial purchase.

For international: your purchase and the initial shipping costs will be refunded to the account that made the initial purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• For all deliveries outside Metropolitan France, customs duties may be required by the authorities of the country where the order is received. These customs duties, taxes, fees or various impositions on the occasion of the importation of goods are payable by the recipient (as importer of the product(s) concerned) upon receipt of the package. Since the amount of these taxes depends on the regulations in force in each destination country, 2 Mai Paris cannot inform you of their exact amount.
